My first attempt at using half square triangles.
I'm quite happy with how this turned out. I missed a few points completely but some aren't too bad! I'm trying to fire the quilting police that still live in my head and discouraged me years ago.
I actually made this quilt last summer but just finally finished the binding last week.
The back is a single piece of a confetti print that supports the Linus Project.
In reviewing these photos perhaps I should have called this P(ink)OYGIV.
I am not an experienced quilter... But I have seen your work up close, and you have a great eye for design and fabric. I really think you should fire the "quilting police"! I love what you're doing and I hope you'll be doing more gifting in the future ;-)
